First of all, even though it is a Best Western franchise, make no mistake, it is NOTHING like the American Best Westerns. This is actually a real hotel, some 5 floors tall and with two large restaurants. The rooms were very comfortable and clean.  

The hotel is on a very high traffic, very noisy street. Yet I recall my room was very quiet.

The food was okay; I didn’t personally care for the service much.  It’s been a couple of years since we were there and at that time they didn’t have wireless internet nor a business center, though they always allowed us to use a computer in one of their management offices.  

The room had a large bed with side tables, a couple of armchairs with a small cocktail table, a dresser, a cupboard, TV, electric kettle, standard bathroom with a tub, running hot water (not all Indian hotels we stayed at had that).  All in all it is a swanky hotel.

It is owned and run by two Hindu brothers. There was a particular manager at this hotel that we felt harassed by. He was heavily hitting on a friend of mine, constantly asking her to go out with him and telling her he would visit her in her room. She was so uncomfortable with this that we complained to the owners and they were so outraged that they fired this manager on the spot!!

Anyway, the only thing I didn’t like about this hotel (other than the playboy manager) was the restaurant service. There was a constant “How is your food, Sir?” “Is everything OK, Sir?” “Are you enjoying your meal, Sir?” interrupting our conversations every few minutes.

But all in all, this is indeed a rather comfortable hotel at an affordable price.
